Each room has its own cabinet for our guest's belongings, including food, so there is no chance of mix up. |

Each guest has a comprehensive profile and
room label which include any special instructions, such
as medications and favorite
activities. |

Each room is climate controlled for that guest's needs and is air conditioned during the summer and heated during the chilly months. |

A calming environment with piped-in classical music (dogs love Mozart!) and 'Tuck-In' service complete with cuddling and biscuit on pillow. |

All Resort Caretakers are chosen for their love of dogs and trained to provide exceptional care. All are trained in canine CPR and first aid, as well as dog behavior. |

Ruffin' It Resort has an excellent ratio of caretakers to
number of guests so each guest is treated as V.I.P. (very
important pooch). |

Our pledge is to treat every guest as if they are our own so there are a lot of spoiled puppies at Ruffin' It Resort! Each guest receives loads of love and attention as well as time away from their rooms. All guests go outside 8-10 times/day to a play park complete with pools and toys. Overnight guests may 'hang out' with us in our offices. Our goal is to have them spend as little time as possible in their rooms. |

Every day at Ruffin' It Resort is comfortable, enjoyable and
FUN! All hotel stays include 2 hours of group
activities each day with other hotel guests. Daycare
is also available for hotel guests in one of our state-of-the
art play parks.

| What to expect on your first visit |
Prior to your first hotel stay, you will have completed a Client Enrollment/Pet Profile, and Client Agreement which includes specific information to enable us to make your pet's stay most enjoyable. You will also sign a Rules & Regulations form.
You will be warmly welcomed to Ruffin' It Resort and your V.I.P. (very important pooch) gets a special treat! We will check you in while your dog is given a chance to check out their surroundings and conduct a 'sniff test'. We'll then escort him/her
(and you, if you'd like to see the fabulous accommodations)
to their bungalow, suite, villa, Central Bark Lounge, Ambassador, or Presidential Suite where
they will be further welcomed with a biscuit on their
pillow. We'll then accompany him/her outside so
he can explore the play park and continue to receive
love and attention. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes so please allow some extra time this first visit.
We'll do all sorts of
fun activities during their stay and you can call anytime
to see how your 'baby' is doing. There are
also 'Club Cams' in each indoor play park so you can
log in and see just how much fun he's having! If you have access to the web while you're away, just call us and we'll bring your V.I.P. into a play park to wave "hi." We're
really looking forward to having your four-legged friend
as our guest.
